Frequently asked questions
What ceiling height is needed for a mezzanine?
You need comfortable headroom above and below the floor. The structure thickness adds up: we check on site before any study rather than promise a generic minimum.
Does a mezzanine need to be declared?
It adds floor area: check with local authorities and, in a co-ownership, your managing agent. We provide the useful plans and calculations.
