Structural works: foundations, reinforced concrete and masonry

Foundations, reinforced-concrete structure and masonry: the solid base of every durable construction project, with quality checks at every stage.

What the service includes

  • Foundations
  • Reinforced concrete structure
  • Masonry
  • Quality control

Types of work

Foundations

Footings, ground beams or raft depending on soil bearing capacity and structural loads.

Reinforced concrete

Columns, beams, slabs and walls: reinforcement, formwork, pouring and stripping.

Masonry

Load-bearing or infill walls in blocks or bricks, base renders.

Extensions and additional storeys

Adding a storey or room, with verification of the existing structure.

Materials and components

  • Concrete mixed to the function of each element
  • Steel reinforcement in line with the reinforcement drawing
  • Blocks or bricks depending on wall role (load-bearing, partition)
Our process

Structural & finishing works — How we work

  1. Project and site analysis

Plans, ground conditions, access constraints and regulations: we scope before pricing.

  2. Quote by trade

Each trade (structure, services, finishes) is priced separately so you understand every line.

  3. Site schedule

Sequencing of trades to avoid rework and downtime.

  4. Execution and checks

Checks at each key stage: setting out, reinforcement before pouring, service tests.

  5. Handover

Handover inspection, snagging and key handover.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a ground study important?

The ground determines the foundation type. Compressible or variable soil without a proper study leads to differential settlement and cracks. Ground investigation and structural design are done by qualified engineers before works start.

How long does villa structural work take?

It depends on floor area, number of storeys, weather and supply. We provide a schedule in the quote after reviewing the plans, since a generic duration would be misleading.
